You will love this immaculate and cozy home that has everything you need for a weekend getaway or a multi-family adventure! If you love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. If you'd rather eat out, there are enough restaurants within walking distance that you can try a new one every night for a week! If you're a caffeine junkie, this is the place, the kitchen is stocked with a K-cup, a drip coffee machine AND a coffee press (and of course the pods and grounds to stoke your habit!). The beds are so comfortable even Goldilocks sleeps like a baby here!
We just upgraded the living room to a 75" smart TV! and if you can't agree on what to watch, or if the adults are ready for a little kid-free time, each bedroom has a brand new smart TV, so you can watch all your favorite shows!
Summer Place is a quiet 14 unit townhome community located just a short walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants in Gulf Place. Walk to ice cream (Pecan Jack's - best on 30A!), Pizza By the Sea, Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley, and so much more!
We want to make sure your experience is exceptional! Every bed and surface of the home is deep-cleaned and sanitized after each stay. We provide high-quality, 100% cotton bath linens and all the toiletries you need. The house is also ready for you with dish soap and hand soap, and starter packs of dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and garbage bags. Each of the 8 beds is outfitted with soft, comfortable sheets, blankets, throws and pillows.
We try to anticipate our guests' every need, offering a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. We also provide several concierge services:
• Avoid the first day grocery run - we'll stock the fridge with the basics or send us a shopping list!
• Want to charter a fishing trip or head to Crab Island, have a Beach Bonfire or a professional Sandcastle-making lesson for the whole family? Let us know, we’ll set it up!
• Celebrating a birthday party or anniversary? Let us do the planning & decorating for you!
• How about paddleboard, kayaking or jet skis? We will arrange rentals so they're at the house when you arrive – so you can RELAX and HAVE FUN!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
CANCELLATION POLICY & TRIP INSURANCE:
We STRONGLY encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that will affect their trip. No refunds will be given due to weather, natural disasters, travel delays or cancellations. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES:
Any damage to the home and/ or any items in the home including but not limited to furniture, TV’s, linens, etc., is the sole responsibility of the renter. Every item will be inspected before arrival and after departure. If a guest causes any damage, please notify the owners immediately. Incidental damages will be charged to the renter. Rooftop Living is our home. Please treat it as if it were your own!
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS/ HOUSE RULES:
Before your booking is completed, the person booking the reservation must complete the rental contract & provide a credit card for a refundable $1000 security deposit (booking will NOT be completed UNLESS the person making the reservation completes this step). Your door code will not be activated until you have completed the Rental Contract & provided a VALID credit card for deposit.
- Guests must be 24 or older to book Rooftop Living
- Pets are NOT allowed. You will be fined additional cleaning fees or asked to leave without a refund if we discover that a pet was brought into the property.
- This is a smoke-free home. Smoking/vaping is NOT allowed, and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. You will be fined or asked to leave without refund.
- Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are daily from 10:00pm CST through 8:00am CST
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the Rental Agreement may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the online itinerary.
- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or with the golf cart.
- The owners are not responsible for the loss of the guest’s personal belongings or valuables.
- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted and will result in additional charges.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises and do not hold the owners liable.
GUEST ACCESS:
The home has an electric keypad with custom guest entry codes. Guests will be provided with the code 24 hours prior to check in. The code to access the property will not be active until 4pm CST on check-in day. Outdoor cameras located at doors are in place for your protection, please do not touch or tamper with the cameras.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

I am originally from Dallas, but I LOVE the ocean! Once I found Destin, I never wanted to go home. As a mom I take family vacations seriously. I started Ohana Guest Homes because I love to help create amazing memories for my guests!
